Beginning her food and beverage career as a hostess eight years ago in Destin, Florida, Andrea built a reputation for frequently performing tasks and duties outside of her job title. By continually asking, “What else can I learn?” Andrea developed a well-rounded skillset and brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her time working in casual and premier upscale restaurants, banquet operations and sales, and various kitchen and front-of-the-house positions. With a reputation for her patience and positive impact, Andrea was promoted from supervisor to manager of Great Southern Café. From there, Andrea was charged with managing Baytowne Provisions, and most recently the brand-new Farm and Fire Pizzeria.
When she’s not at the restaurant, you can find Andrea relaxing at home or at the beach. She also enjoys fishing, shooting, and working on her handmade craft projects.
